  • The fundamentals: Macros, Triggers, automation, etc..
  • Personalization: User Portal, the role of users, etc..
  • Management: Statistics, reporting, multi-brand, language and time zone management, knowledge base and forums.
  • Integration: Salesforce, Jira, social networks, sharing tickets, migration from another tool support and interaction.
  • Mobile: portability through Zendesk mobile applications (iPhone, iPad etc ...).
